27. Despite section 81 of the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (chapter P-39.1), a complaint concerning accessing personal information free of charge as provided for in section 33 of that Act is not under the jurisdiction of the Commission d’accès à l’information insofar as it concerns the application of section 46 of this Act.
