Section 158
Disposition versions
158. For the purposes of the second paragraph of section 42, the Agency shall apportion revenues according to
(1) the residence of users, for the year 1996;
(2) the residence of users and the utilization of services, for the year 1997;
(3) the utilization of services, from the year 1998.
