28.7. (Repealed).
28.7. The chairman of the Conseil du trésor may, in accordance with law, enter into an agreement with a government other than the Gouvernement du Québec, with a department of such a government, with an international organization or with an agency of that government or organization for the purposes of the functions referred to in section 28.1.
