Disposition versions
19. The Minister may issue, modify or renew a licence for a centre that meets the conditions provided for in this Act. However, the Minister may refuse to issue such a licence if the Minister considers it is in the public interest to do so, in particular in light of the needs of the region in which the centre is to be situated.
Furthermore, the issue, modification or renewal of a licence may be subjected to any condition, restriction or prohibition the Minister determines.
