41.2. The Government may claim from a centre for assisted procreation operated by a person or partnership referred to in section 4 the cost of health services that(1) were provided to a person by a public institution or a private institution under agreement within the meaning of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2); and (2) resulted directly from an assisted procreation activity that was carried out by the centre for assisted procreation and that does not comply with this Act or the regulations.
An institution may, on its own initiative or at the Minister’s request and after having informed the user or the user’s representative, communicate to the Minister any information contained in the user’s file that is necessary for the recourse referred to in the first paragraph.
