86. The Commission may, upon the application of an employer, add to a unit or a class of units for such time and upon such conditions as the Commission may determine, any industry or part of an industry of such employer.

86. (1)  The Commission may, upon the application of an employer, add to Schedule B, for such time and upon such conditions as the Commission may determine, any industry or part of an industry, or department of work or service, of such employer.
(2)  The Commission may likewise, upon the application of an employer, add to Schedule C, for such time and upon such conditions as it may determine, any industry or part of an industry, or department of work or service, of such employer, not in Schedule B.
