57. (1) A Commission is established, called “Commission des accidents du travail du Québec”, as a corporation, vested with all the rights and powers generally belonging to corporations, having its corporate seat in the city of Québec, and composed of five members, appointed by the Gouvernement.
(2) The Gouvernement shall appoint one of them to fill the office of president of the Commission and another to fill the office of vice-president. It shall fix the salary of each of the members of the Commission.
(3) The Gouvernement may appoint in accordance with the Civil Service Act a secretary to the Commission.
(4) The salaries of the commissioners and that of the secretary shall be borne by the accident fund.
