56. To aid in getting injured workmen back to work and assist in their rehabilitation and lessening or removing any handicap resulting from their injuries, the Commission may take such measures and make such expenditures as it may deem necessary or expedient. The expense thereof shall be borne, in the case of an accident in an industry mentioned in Schedule B, by the accident fund, and, in the case of an industry mentioned in Schedule C, by the employer individually.
The amount of the expenses incurred for the above purposes shall be levied and collected in the same manner as the assessment or expenses of administration.
