97. (Repealed).
97. The signatories of any memorandum concerning a mutual fire-insurance association shall, in the said memorandum, undertake to subscribe to the contemplated association insurance for an amount of at least $1 000 000 per county municipality contemplated in the memorandum of incorporation.
