Section 93.7
Disposition versions
93.7. The decision to cease to be a member of a federation shall be made by way of a resolution of the board of directors of the mutual insurance association, confirmed by the vote of not less than 2/3 of the members present at a special meeting held for that purpose.
The mutual insurance association shall transmit as soon as possible to the Authority a certified copy of the resolution of the board of directors and proof of the confirmation thereof.
