93.197. (Repealed).

93.197. The decision of the Government ordering the winding-up of a federation shall have the same effect as an order made by a judge of the Superior Court under section 25 of the Winding-up Act (chapter L‐4).
No appeal lies from the decision of the Government.
If the interest of the members of a federation so justifies, the Minister may terminate the winding-up by transmitting an order to that effect to the Authority which shall transmit it to the enterprise registrar who shall deposit it in the register.

However, the Minister may terminate the winding-up if the interest of the members of a federation justifies it.
