93.132. Every mutual insurance association which believes itself wronged by a decision of the federation regarding its admission or its expulsion may, within 15 days of the sending of the decision, request in writing the Authority to review the decision.
The mutual insurance association and the federation shall have access to the file relating to the request for review.
A request for review made by the association shall suspend the decision of the federation.
