Disposition versions
260. (Repealed).
260. For the application of section 259, the president, vice-president, general manager, investment manager, secretary, assistant secretary, treasurer, assistant treasurer, manager, comptroller and actuary and any other person holding an office of management provided for by law or by a by-law of the insurer, are deemed officers of the insurer.
