212. Every objection contemplated in section 211 must be made in a writing bearing the signature of the person making the objection and set out the reasons on which it is based.
The public may examine any document containing an objection referred to in section 211 and any person applying therefor to the Inspector General may obtain copy of such document on payment of the fees prescribed by regulation.
