200.5. The company shall request the Minister to confirm the continuance by-law. It shall file with the request the fees prescribed by government regulation and the fees set out in the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1).
Before confirming the by-law, the Minister shall obtain the advice of the Authority.

The Minister shall confirm the by-law only after obtaining the advice of the Inspector General.
