191. If the Minister accepts the application, the Authority shall confirm such acceptance on the copies of the amalgamation agreement.
If the applicant is a company, the Authority shall transmit a copy of the amalgamation agreement to the enterprise registrar, who shall deposit it in the register. The enterprise registrar shall then draw up the certificate of amalgamation and deposit it in the register with a copy of the articles of amalgamation. The enterprise registrar shall transmit a certified copy of the articles of amalgamation and certificate of amalgamation to the Authority.
The articles of amalgamation must specify the classes of insurance the company is authorized to transact.
If the applicant is not a company, the Authority shall transmit a copy of the amalgamation agreement to the enterprise registrar, who shall deposit it in the register.
