174.18. If the professional order fails to comply with the order of the Authority, the Authority may apply to a judge of the Superior Court for an injunction enjoining it to comply.
The application for an injunction institutes the proceedings.
The procedure provided in the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C‐25.01) applies. However, the Authority is not required to give security.
