145. Each association must keep at its head office:
(a)  a register containing its by-laws and the minutes of the general meetings and meetings of the board of directors;
(b)  a register of all the policies issued by the association including the surname, name, address and age of each member;
(c)  (subparagraph replaced).
The members of the association may examine the registers at the head office of the association on working days during regular office hours.

(b)  a register of all the policies issued by the association including the surname, given name, address and age of each member;
(c)  (subparagraph replaced).
The members of the association may examine the registers at the head office of the association on working days during regular office hours.

(a)  a register containing its by-laws and the minutes of the general meetings and meetings of the board of directors;
(b)  a register of all the subscription notes subscribed by the members, of the assessments paid and the unassessed balance;
(c)  a register of all the policies issued by the association including the name, address and age of each member or a description of each property insured, as the case may be.
The members of the association may examine the registers at the head office of the association on working days during regular office hours.
