102. The Inspector General shall deposit one copy of the declaration in the register and return the other copy to the provisional secretary of the association.
From the date of deposit, the mutual benefit association shall be a legal person.

102. After publication of the notice provided for in section 101, one of the copies of the memorandum must be filed with the Inspector General and the other returned to the provisional secretary of the association.
Upon the publication of the notice, the mutual benefit association shall be a corporation.
