41. Every person who contravenes a provision of section 28, 29 or 31 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $25 to $200.

Every person who makes a misrepresentation in order to obtain the payment of compensation is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $500 and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine of $1 000.

41. Every person infringing section 28, 29 or 31 is liable, on summary proceeding, to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $200.

Any person who makes a misrepresentation in order to obtain the payment of compensation is guilty of an offence and liable, on summary proceeding, to a fine of $500 for a first offence and, for any subsequent offence within two years, to a fine of $1 000.

Part II of the Summary Convictions Act applies to these proceedings.
