31. (Repealed).

31. It is forbidden to hinder the work of an investigator of the Régie in the performance of his duties, to mislead him by concealment or fraudulent misrepresentation or to refuse to obey any order he may give under this act.
Such investigator shall, if so required, produce a certificate attesting his authority, signed by the president of the Régie or a person authorized for that purpose by him.
