30. For the purposes of such inquiries, the Régie, and every investigator designated by it, has the powers and immunities of commissioners appointed under the Act respecting public inquiry commissions (chapter C-37), except the power to order imprisonment.
Where such inquiries are made by a person who is not a member of the Régie, he is bound to take the oath provided for in that Act.
