73. The Government may authorize the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food to make agreements with any department or body of the Gouvernement du Québec or with any person, association or partnership for the purposes of this Act.
The Government shall have the powers necessary for carrying out such agreements.

The Government may authorize the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food to make agreements with the Government of Canada or with any person, association or partnership to further the carrying out of this Act, particularly respecting the repayment of the costs of administration and of the contributions paid by the Gouvernement du Québec and the reinsurance of the risks insured by the Régie.
The Government may also authorize the Minister to make agreements with any department or body of the Gouvernement du Québec or with any person, association or partnership for the purposes of this Act.
