65. (Repealed).

65. Every person who believes that he has been wronged by a decision of the Régie may, within 30 days of notification of the decision, contest the decision before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec.

65. Every person who believes that he has been wronged by a decision of the Régie may appeal therefrom to the Court of Québec, but only on questions of law.

65. An appeal shall lie from the decisions of the Régie to the Court of Québec sitting in the district where the land of which the yield is insured is situated, but only on questions of law.
