572. Penal proceedings may be instituted or continued for an offence under a provision of the Workers’ Compensation Act (chapter A-3) or the regulations thereunder.

572. Proceedings for an infringement of the Workmen’s Compensation Act (chapter A-3) or any regulation which is its instrument are instituted or continued in accordance with the said Act.
