233.4. Within 10 days after a request by the Commission, an institution within the meaning of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) or within the meaning of the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5), as the case may be, shall transmit to the chairman of the committee on occupational oncological diseases indicated to the institution by the Commission a copy of the record or of the part of the record that is related to the worker’s employment injury.
