75. The Autorité des marchés financiers or any member of its personnel appointed by it for that purpose shall, once a year and whenever so required by the Government, examine the books and affairs of the Commission for the purpose of determining as to the sufficiency of the accident fund and shall report thereon to the Government.

The Agence nationale d’encadrement du secteur financier or any member of its personnel appointed by it for that purpose shall, once a year and whenever so required by the Government, examine the books and affairs of the Commission for the purpose of determining as to the sufficiency of the accident fund and shall report thereon to the Government.
