68. At an inquiry or hearing, the Commission may decide to take upon itself, or order a party, to defray certain expenses the nature and amount of which, as well as the cases where they may be awarded, are determined by regulation.

For the purposes of an inquiry or hearing held by a review board, the Commission may delegate to such board, generally, the powers contemplated in the preceding paragraph.

68. In the case of a contested claim for compensation or of any other contested matter, the Commission may award such amount of costs as it may deem reasonable to the successful party, and its decision for the payment by an employer of any sum so awarded, when filed in the office of the prothonotary of the Superior Court of the district of Québec and homologated in the manner provided by section 70, shall become a final judgment, without appeal, of the said court and may be enforced accordingly.
