84. The Minister shall remit to the Régie de l’assurance-maladie du Québec, established by the Act respecting the Régie de l’assurance-maladie du Québec (chapter R-5), at least once a month, 8/15 of the aggregate of the contributions which he must collect under this division and of the interest and penalties, after deducting the refunds relating thereto and taking account of the agreements that the Minister may make with the Régie de l’assurance-maladie du Québec, and remit, at least once a month, 7/15 of the said aggregate to the hospital services fund established by subdivision 5.
The Minister shall deduct from the remittances paid to the Régie de l’assurance-maladie du Québec the collection costs determined by the Gouvernement.
