9. The Fonds has its head office at the same place as the agency.
The board of directors of the Fonds shall hold its meetings at its head office or at any other place it may choose.
The Fonds shall determine by by-law the rules relating to the quorum at meetings of the board of directors.

The board of directors of the Fonds shall hold its meetings at its head office or at any other place it may choose.
The quorum at meetings of the board is the majority of its members, including the chief executive officer of the agency and the chairman of the board or, if the chairman is absent or unable to act, the vice-chairman of the board.
