65. The Minister may also, on the recommendation of the Board, withdraw the accreditation of a manufacturer or wholesaler permanently if the manufacturer or wholesaler has, in the five preceding years, been subject to two temporary withdrawals and has again failed to comply with the conditions and commitments prescribed by ministerial regulation.

65. The Minister may also, following a report of the Conseil du médicament, withdraw the accreditation of a manufacturer or wholesaler permanently if the manufacturer or wholesaler has, in the five preceding years, been subject to two temporary withdrawals and has again failed to comply with the conditions and commitments prescribed by ministerial regulation.
