5. (Repealed).
5. The word “hospital centre” in section 4 includes auxiliary facilities but does not include:
(a) a tuberculosis hospital centre or sanatorium;
(b) a hospital centre or institution for the mentally ill; or
(c) a nursing home, a home for the aged, an infirmary or other institution the purpose of which is the provision of custodial care.
