64. The amount of the lump sum indemnity payable under section 63 to the spouse of a deceased victim shall not be less than $40 000.

64. Where the Régie has requested a claimant to submit to an examination by a physician designated by the Régie, it shall upon receipt of the report transmit copy thereof to the physician designated by the claimant.
