Disposition versions
19. The amount received by a seller and which must be deposited in trust under this Act are transferred in trust and the seller is the trustee thereof.
19. The amounts received by a seller and which must be deposited in trust under this Act and the funds that are held in trust are deemed to be held in trust for the buyers by the seller pursuant to the second paragraph of section 34.
