78. Section 16 of the Act respecting the Régie de l’assurance-maladie du Québec (chapter R-5) is amended by replacing the second paragraph by the following paragraph:
“The Photographic Proof of Documents Act (chapter P-22) applies to documents emanating from the Board or forming part of its records.”
