134.2. The function of the Commission is to decide applications for review made under this Act or the Act respecting health and social services information (chapter R-22.1) and applications for examination of disagreements made under the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (chapter P‐39.1), to the exclusion of any other court.
