223. (Repealed).

223. The Commission is the registrar and the custodian of the by-laws, resolutions, orders, decrees, assessments, notices, opinions and others documents the registration of which is provided for by this Act.
The Commission must, at the request of the Minister, immediately transmit to him a copy of any document or writing the registration of which is provided for by this Act.
