177. (Repealed).
177. A municipality whose territory forms part of a regional county municipality for which letters patent have been issued under section 166 may present a petition to the Minister for its withdrawal from the territory of that regional county municipality and its attachment to the territory of another regional county municipality adjacent to its territory.
