Full text
107. Following a reduction in the allowable cut assigned to a development unit, the Minister may take into account the impact on regional or local economic activity of the apportionment among the guarantee holders of the reduction in annual volumes of timber specified in their guarantees for the species or group of species concerned, and apportion the reduction between the guarantee holders of the region concerned and of the adjacent regions.
