199. The Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity is responsible for the administration of this Act.
The Minister responsible for Social Solidarity and Community Action exercises the functions and responsibilities of the Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity, in respect of employment-assistance measures, programs and services provided for in this Act.
