12. A 9-1-1 emergency centre must ensure, for every emergency call it receives, that a calling card is produced and contains, when available,(1) the caller’s contact information;
(2) the date of the call;
(3) the location of the event;
(4) the time of the incoming call at the 9-1-1 emergency centre;
(5) the nature of the call;
(6) the descriptive and geographic information used to locate the caller; and
(7) the name of the body to which the call was forwarded.
