101. Applications for a water withdrawal authorization already being examined on the date of coming into force of this section (2014-08-14), pursuant to section 22, 31.5 or 32 of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2) or pursuant to the provisions of Chapter IV of the Groundwater Catchment Regulation (chapter Q-2, r. 6), are governed by the provisions of this Regulation.
