Section 86
Disposition versions
86. Every authorization holder carrying on an activity referred to in the first paragraph of section 70.9 of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2) who stores, inside a building, more than 20,000 kg of one of the categories of materials listed in subparagraphs 1 to 5 of the first paragraph of section 85 or more than 20,000 kg of several categories of materials listed in subparagraphs 1 to 6 of that section shall protect the building with a fire detection system and with an automatic fire extinguishing system suited to the type of hazardous materials stored.
86. Every permit holder who stores, inside a building, more than 20,000 kg of one of the categories of materials listed in subparagraphs 1 to 5 of the first paragraph of section 85 or more than 20,000 kg of several categories of materials listed in subparagraphs 1 to 6 of that section shall protect the building with a fire detection system and with an automatic fire extinguishing system suited to the type of hazardous materials stored.
