1. For the purposes of the definition of the expression “hazardous material” in the first paragraph of section 1 of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2), section 3 of this Regulation defines the properties of hazardous materials and section 4 determines the materials and objects that are classed as hazardous materials.
