This Division covers consideration of the greenhouse gas emissions attributable to the carrying on of an activity or the use of certain equipment or processes and the reduction measures that may be put in place for the purposes of an application for authorization or an analysis of the impacts of the application, to make applicants aware of the fight against climate change.
