4. The members of the staff of the Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation holding official office in any of the positions mentioned in this section are authorized to sign alone, in the place of and with the same authority as the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the permits issued by the Minister under the Fisheries Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. F-14), the Act respecting commercial aquaculture (chapter A-20.2), the Act respecting commercial fishing and commercial harvesting of aquatic plants (chapter P-9.01) and the Marine Products Processing Act (chapter T-11.01):
(1) the Assistant Deputy Minister, Pêches et aquaculture commerciales;
(2) the regional directors of the Direction générale des pêches et de l’aquaculture commerciales;
(3) (paragraph replaced).
