Disposition versions
1. A facsimile of the signature of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food may be engraved, lithographed or printed on permits issued by the Minister under
(1) the Fisheries Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. F-14);
(2) the Act respecting commercial aquaculture (chapter A-20.2) and the Act respecting commercial fishing and commercial harvesting of aquatic plants (chapter P-9.01);
(3) the Food Products Act (chapter P-29);
(4) the Animal Health Protection Act (chapter P-42); and
(5) the Marine Products Processing Act (chapter T-11.01).
