Section 50
Disposition versions
50. Any application for the renewal or extension of a non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances shall be made in writing to the Minister and shall include the following information:
(1) the name, address and telephone number of the holder of the non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances that is subject to the application;
(2) the alphanumerical code identifying the lease the renewal of which is applied for;
(3) the declarations referred to in paragraph 5 of section 46.
The application for the renewal of the lease shall include the payment of the rental for the entire period of renewal of the lease, which corresponds to an amount of $344 for each year.
The application for the extension of the lease shall include the payment of the rental of $344.
50. Any application for the renewal or extension of a non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances shall be made in writing to the Minister and shall include the following information:
(1) the name, address and telephone number of the holder of the non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances that is subject to the application;
(2) the alphanumerical code identifying the lease the renewal of which is applied for;
(3) the declarations referred to in paragraph 5 of section 46.
The application for the renewal of the lease shall include the payment of the rental for the entire period of renewal of the lease, which corresponds to an amount of $327 for each year.
The application for the extension of the lease shall include the payment of the rental of $327.
50. Any application for the renewal of a non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances shall be made in writing to the Minister and shall include the following information:
(1) the name, address and telephone number of the holder of the non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances that is subject to the application;
(2) the alphanumerical code identifying the lease the renewal of which is applied for;
(3) the declarations referred to in paragraph 5 of section 46.
Such application for renewal shall include the payment of a rental of $327 for the term of the lease.
50. Any application for the renewal of a non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances shall be made in writing to the Minister and shall include the following information:

50. Any application for the renewal of a non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances shall be made in writing to the Minister and shall include the following information:
(1) the name, address and telephone number of the holder of the non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances that is subject to the application;
(2) the alphanumerical code identifying the lease the renewal of which is applied for;
(3) the declarations referred to in paragraph 5 of section 46.
Such application for renewal shall include the payment of a rental of $299 for the term of the lease.
50. Any application for the renewal of a non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances shall be made in writing to the Minister and shall include the following information:
(1) the name, address and telephone number of the holder of the non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances that is subject to the application;
(2) the alphanumerical code identifying the lease the renewal of which is applied for;
(3) the declarations referred to in paragraph 5 of section 46.
Such application for renewal shall include the payment of a rental of $295 for the term of the lease.
50. Any application for the renewal of a non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances shall be made in writing to the Minister and shall include the following information:
(1) the name, address and telephone number of the holder of the non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances that is subject to the application;
(2) the alphanumerical code identifying the lease the renewal of which is applied for;
(3) the declarations referred to in paragraph 5 of section 46.
Such application for renewal shall include the payment of a rental of $290 for the term of the lease.
50. Any application for the renewal of a non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances shall be made in writing to the Minister and shall include the following information:
(1) the name, address and telephone number of the holder of the non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances that is subject to the application;
(2) the alphanumerical code identifying the lease the renewal of which is applied for;
(3) the declarations referred to in paragraph 5 of section 46.
Such application for renewal shall include the payment of a rental of $285.60 for the term of the lease.
50. Any application for the renewal of a non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances shall be made in writing to the Minister and shall include the following information:
(1) the name, address and telephone number of the holder of the non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances that is subject to the application;
(2) the alphanumerical code identifying the lease the renewal of which is applied for;
(3) the declarations referred to in paragraph 5 of section 46.
Such application for renewal shall include the payment of a rental of $270.30 for the term of the lease.
50. Any application for the renewal of a non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances shall be made in writing to the Minister and shall include the following information:
(1) the name, address and telephone number of the holder of the non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances that is subject to the application;
(2) the alphanumerical code identifying the lease the renewal of which is applied for;
(3) the declarations referred to in paragraph 5 of section 46.
Such application for renewal shall include the payment of a rental of $255 for the term of the lease.
50. Any application for the renewal of a non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances shall be made in writing to the Minister and shall include the following information:
(1) the name, address and telephone number of the holder of the non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances that is subject to the application;
(2) the alphanumerical code identifying the lease the renewal of which is applied for;
(3) the declarations referred to in paragraph 5 of section 46.
Such application for renewal shall include the payment of a rental of $252 for the term of the lease.
50. Any application for the renewal of a non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances shall be made in writing to the Minister and shall include the following information:
(1) the name, address and telephone number of the holder of the non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances that is subject to the application;
(2) the alphanumerical code identifying the lease the renewal of which is applied for;
(3) the declarations referred to in paragraph 5 of section 46.
Such application for renewal shall include the payment of a rental of $250 for the term of the lease.
50. Any application for the renewal of a non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances shall be made in writing to the Minister and shall include the following information:
(1) the name, address and telephone number of the holder of the non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances that is subject to the application;
(2) the alphanumerical code identifying the lease the renewal of which is applied for;
(3) the declarations referred to in paragraph 5 of section 46.
Such application for renewal shall include the payment of a rental of $244 for the term of the lease.
