41. Geologists who, pursuant to the second paragraph of section 60.5 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26), refuse to allow a client to have access to the information contained in a record established in the client’s respect must, within 30 days following the request, inform the applicant in writing of the reason for the refusal and of available legal remedies.
