1. Sections 7 to 11 of this Regulation do not apply to businesses licensed to operate automated teller machines in respect of this class of licence.

1. This Regulation applies to all money-services businesses governed by the Money-Services Businesses Act (chapter E-12.000001), except for sections 7 to 11, which do not apply to businesses licensed to operate automated teller machines in respect of this class of licence.
